1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The Welcome Bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per person.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered x20 to x30 times, depending on the specific offer.
• A time limit applies to meet wagering requirements — typically 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.
• Free bets are valid on selected markets only, and any winnings from them will be credited to your cash balance.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk7971 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk7971. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account closure.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to place bets.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization or hacking into an account.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or incorrect odds.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks against tk7971.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.

We operate a state-of-the-art fraud detection system. Any suspicious activity is automatically flagged, and our security team takes immediate action. Where necessary, the matter is reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Tk7971 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Our team will complete the investigation and respond within 5 business days.
